Shahid S. Malik, MD., FACC 

Dr. Shahid Malik is board certified in general, nuclear and intervention cardiology. He is a fellow with the American College of Cardiology and with the society of Cardiac Angiography and Intervention. He has lived in the Tampa area for more than 25 years and truly cares for his fellow Floridians.

From an early age Dr. Malik has had a passion for caring for others. He is one of 8 children and was always the caregiver to all of them. After graduating high school Dr. Malik attended Allama Iqbal Medical College in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan where he graduated among the top of his class. He went on to move to America and begin a residency training program in Miami Beach, FL at Mount Sinai Hospital. Over 20 years later and his passion for caring has continued to thrive. Dr. Malik treats each of his patients as if they were his own family and admits there is no better feeling than to see his patients smile.
